This Sunday Pastor John Carson will be preaching from 1st Thessalonians 5:23-28 and other selected verses entitled, "Conclusion of 1st Thessalonians: Living in the Light of Christ's Coming."
Upcoming events:
Aug 27 Women's Fourth Friday Fellowship - Movie night in the sanctuary. Come with snacks and your kleenex and join the ladies for a "tear jerker." Following will be fellowship and a short discussion about the movie.
Sept 6 Labor Day - Monday the church office will be closed
Sept 12 Breakfast 9:00am in the cafeteria. We welcome everyone to a new quarter of adult Sunday School classes. Come and meet the teachers and acquire the materials for the particular classes.
Sept 13 Elders meeting
Sept 14 Awana and Ladies Exodus Bible study resumes 6:20pm
Sept 19 New Quarter begins adult Sunday School classes at 9:00am
Sept 20 Deacon/Elder meeting at the Carson home 6:30pm
Sept 25 Alpha Pregnancy Resource Center Banquet at Pippo Ranch in Vacaville. With featured speaker Abby Johnson, you will enjoy a wonderful meal and have the opportunity to hear how God is working to save lives through Alpha. Contact the church office soon for free tickets - there's only 6 left.
